All the trips listed on this website are categorized as Deluxe and Luxury treks, tours, and expeditions.

All the treks, tours, and expeditions are fixed price and guaranteed to depart.

Booking deposit, trip payment, and payment system:

>>In order to confirm any trek, tour, or expedition booking, you are requested to pay a 25 % non-refundable booking deposit to secure your tour, trek, or expedition with us. Book your trip Now and Pay now

>>The trip deposit of 25 % can be paid by major credit cards and there is no surcharge or credit card payment fees applicable. Generally, a 3.5 % credit card charge is applicable for all credit card payments, but we have waived these charges for our valued clients.

>>The outstanding 75% payment can be settled on arrival day in Nepal by cash, credit cards, or bank transfers (extra bank charges should be paid by clients themselves). Please note that if you would like to pay 75 % of the dues payment by credit card on your arrival day in Nepal, there is an extra 3.5 % surcharge applicable.

Pay a one-time deposit and there will be no additional charges for changing your trip date.

>>The trip deposit is good for a lifetime. That’s why our clients can change the date of their trip in an uncertain or unavoidable situation. However, you have to postpone your trip at least 2 months in advance. Once you are uncertain about the next possible trip date, you can confirm your new trip date later. We will keep track of your deposit. There is no extra charge for changing your trip date a second or third time.

>>The deposit paid for one trip can be changed for another trip for any trip to Nepal. But deposits paid for tours like Bhutan and Tibet are not transferable for other trips.

>>Clients can transfer the deposit to other new travelers, trekkers, or climbers, but not the old group members. They can replace another person for the same trip they have booked. But deposits can’t be transferred to the same group members.

>>Once you arrive in Nepal, your trip has started. You have to complete the dues payment for the trip you have booked.

>>There is no refund for any reason once the trip starts.

>>There is no refund if you drop off treks, tours, or expeditions in the middle of a trip or early after a few days of the trip starting for any reason, such as sickness or family problems.

>>There is no refund of any payment due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity or other reasons which can’t be controlled by the company or trip organizer.

>>Clients can add extra days on treks or tours by paying an extra charge if necessary due to weather or natural forces beyond our control.

>>The extra cost of trip delays due to flight cancellation or flight delays should be paid by the clients themselves.

>>Clients should bear all the cost of emergency medical costs in the case of evacuation from the mountains to a city hospital and any other medical bills if they are not paid by clients' travel insurance.

>>Any extra cost due to physical sickness should be payable by the client themselves.

>>It is the client’s own responsibility to purchase the required travel insurance for unavoidable mountain sickness or costs due to flight cancellations or delays.
