Trip Overview
Manaslu Tsum Valley Deluxe Trekking-23 Days
Deluxe Manaslu Tsum Valley trek is most likely one of the most epic trekking trails in Nepal to experience the hidden cultures, traditions, and local people, likely in Tibetan communities, ancient monasteries, and typical local villages to meet local customs. The Manaslu Tsum Valley trek is a combination of two off-the-beaten-path restricted trekking trails in Nepal—the Manaslu Circuit and the Tsum Valley area. A special trekking permit is required to trek in both areas.
The trek Manaslu Tsum valley offers best views of 8th Highest mountain in the world- Mount Manaslu, amazing trekking trails that offers valuable cultures and religious trip. This 23 day’s journey in remote area gives you experience of local homestay; however, we accommodate you for best lodges Accommodation to make this trek deluxe. Many popular base camp treks require to step up and step-down same trails and it may get boring during trek but the Tsum valley trek with Manaslu circuit trek starts and ends in different place, so that you don’t have to double walk in same camps or route every day.
Since Manaslu and Tsum valley trekking regions are fully restricted, which means you need to have official special permits and should join a responsible and experienced local company like us (NETTA), and hence no backpackers are allowed to trek like in other open trekking areas, there are very few trekkers in this trekking region. When there are fewer trekkers on the trail, you have the best opportunity to explore the pure beauty of this heavenly trekking trail in peace and more tranquility.
Why do the Deluxe Manaslu Tsum valley trek with us?
Tsum valley and Manalu circuit trekking areas provide basic lodges or homestay accommodation, but we will select the best available lodges with hot showers in many places or those offering high quality trekking services such as comfortable private transportation, years of expertise from local Sherpa guides and porters, and best quality service to make your remote area trekking as comfortable as possible.
Is this trekking for me? How difficult is the Deluxe Manaslu Tsum Valley trek?
The trek to Manaslu and Tsum valley lies in a remote area and you have to cross the 5106m high altitude Larkey La Pass. It is a remote area with ups and downs of trekking. Geographically and in terms of altitude, this trek is classified as moderate to first-level difficult. We recommend this trek to any aged trekker with sound physical fitness, and previous trekking experience can add more benefits. However, fresher trekkers can do this trek. I would recommend at least 1-2 hours of hiking, biking, running, or jogging for preparation.
The best season for the Deluxe Manaslu Tsum valley trek:
Nepal has four seasons: winter, spring, summer/monsoon and autumn/fall season. The best months in the fall season are from October to mid-December. The best months in the spring are March to May. While June marks the start of the monsoon season, and September marks the end of the monsoon season; these two months may not provide the best weather, but trekking is still possible. Due to the harsh winter and monsoon season, January-February and July-August are not recommended.
