What is the Deluxe Lobuche peak expedition & what makes it Deluxe?
The Deluxe Lobuche Peak Expedition is another popular trekking peak climbing expedition in the Everest region of Nepal. The main goal of the Lobuche expedition is to fulfill your dream of climbing a peak and hiking at the base camp of the world's highest mountain, Mount Everest.Located at an altitude of 6119m, there are two Lobuche peaks—Lobuche east and Lobuche west. In this package, we are taking you to the summit of East Lobuche peak (6119m).
Lobuche Peak Expedition is a moderate to difficult trekking and climbing expedition in the Khumbu valley that begins with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, the starting point for the famous Gokyo Everest base camp trek, Everest High Pass Trek, and an expedition of over 90 high mountains in Sagarmatha National Park. Like other treks and climbs, Lobuche peak climbing follows the famous Tenzing Hillary trekking trail to Namche Bazaar from Lukla, with two days of first acclimatization on this trip, and the second acclimatization is at Pheriche, where you will hike to Nagarjun Hill (5000m) before heading toward hiking of Kala Patthar and Mount Everest base camp.
After successful trekking and hiking of EBC and Kala Patthar, you will trek toward Lobuche peak climbing. We will set up a night at high camp at approximately 5300m. The next morning, around 2 am, we start climbing Lobuche peak and return to high camp for another night, or we can move ahead to Pheriche or nearby. Compare to Island peak, this peak is easier to summit. After a successful summit of Lobuche peak, we will trek down to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.

Whenever you are interested in trekking and climbing peaks in Nepal, you have to think that it is a physically demanding trip which requires a minimum of 5–9 hours of trekking at an altitude of above 3000 to 6000m with the support of rope. Although the Lobuche peak expedition is not tough or technical, you should prepare well in advance for your physical fitness. Those who are prepared mentally and physically can accomplish their dream of reaching the top of the mountain.
The best season for the Deluxe Lobuche Peak Expedition:
If you are an amateur photographer and would like to enjoy real scenery from the top of Lobuche peak or from the whole trip, you have to select the best months like October and November. Still, December is a fine month in early winter. The best spring months are April and May. If you want to trek at a less crowded time, we recommend joining us for this expedition in early September, at the end of monsoon season, or in June, at the start of monsoon season.

Hello everyone.
My name is Michael, and I am from Singapore. In March 2022, I made the trek to Everest Base Camp and climbed Lobuche Peak with two other friends. It wasn't easy to select the right company when you first planned to trek or climb a high mountain. We were finally convinced by Pasang's trek package after contacting more than five local companies. On arrival, Pasang himself welcomed us by sherpa cultural welcome in Kathmandu Airport with a white religious scarf (Khata). The hotel we booked was in the city, with all the facilities. The first welcome cultural dinner was so nice. Our Kathmandu city tour was very nice too, and we flew to Lukla for the Everest base camp hike. As promised and mentioned on the website, we are accommodated at upgraded deluxe lodges with attached bathrooms with hot showers in Namche, Lukla, Phakding and some other places above 4000m too. Even other lodges are best selected for their best values. Our guide, Lhakpa Sona, is a wonderful person who ensures that everything goes smoothly for us. We are given our own selected meals every day in each lodge. We trek toward Lobuche after visiting Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. We had another fantastic experience sleeping in a tent. We successfully summited Lobuche peak and returned to Kathmandu. Again, Pasang met us at Kathmandu Airport, took us to the hotel, and provided us with a free massage, which was another great experience for us. All in all, we had a very nice arrangement for our trekking holiday, which was truly a deluxe travel experience for us. We can't thank you enough for these wonderful vacation arrangements, and we would highly recommend booking any trips in Nepal with Pasang. We are looking forward to booking another trip again next time.
