CANCELLATION POLICY:
Treks & tours booked and subsequently cancelled
are subject to cancellation charges as follow:-
60 days prior: No cancellation
charge.
Within 45 days: 10%
Within 30 days: 15%
Within 15 days: 30%
Less than 15 days: 50%
No refund no shows & delay
arrivals of the clients or whatsoever reason.

the fulfillment of your every desire. In this connection,
we perform our duties honestly & seriously to
make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However,
Mountain Sherpa Treks & Tours will not take any
responsibility regarding any change & alternations
in the itinerary due to the various reasons like unavoidable
circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage,
flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight,
delay arrival, sickness or accidents. Any extra cost
incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on
the spots. All the clients are advised to have their
own insurance that adequately covers against medical
and person accident risk.
